Description
Unlike open pouring, a counter-pressure tap balances pressure between keg and bottle: seat the bottle, purge with CO₂ to push out air, pressurise, then open the lever to fill. The beer doesn't foam up and sees little oxygen — ideal for bottling craft beer for takeaway or delivery.
The small top lever controls CO₂ / venting, the black lower lever opens the beer; the side knob adjusts flow.
