FAQ
How long does fabrication take?
It depends on the configuration: about 8–10 weeks for a 200L 2-vessel system and 12–14 weeks for a 500L 3-vessel, before installation.
What does my site need?
3-phase power (or a boiler for steam heating), floor water supply and drainage, and space for fermenters. A KRS engineer will survey and send detailed requirements.
Do you install outside Ho Chi Minh City?
Yes. KRS delivers and installs nationwide; travel costs are itemised in the quote.
What warranty do you offer?
12 months against manufacturing defects (not covering damage from misuse), plus hotline tech support.
