Spunding valve kit (adjustable relief + gauge · ball lock)

Description

Turn the yellow knob to set the pressure: the valve opens when tank pressure exceeds the setting and closes again at the set point. The gauge shows the pressure being held so you can dial it in. Use it for pressure fermentation (typically 0.7–1 bar for ales, 1–1.2 bar near the end to carbonate), warm pressurised lager fermentation, or on the receiving keg during a closed transfer.

The full kit has a gas ball lock disconnect, tee, pressure gauge and adjustable valve, joined with push-in fittings. Choose the 0–15 psi gauge for precise low-pressure readings during fermentation, or 0–40 psi to cover carbonation too. The compact version has the gauge built into the valve; buy the valve alone if you already have a gauge.
