Description
Stand an erlenmeyer flask of starter wort on the plate, drop in the stir bar and turn the knob: the constant vortex pulls in oxygen and drives off CO₂, so yeast grows faster and healthier than a still starter. Ideal for lagers, big beers or re-pitching.
Runs on 5V DC at 2W — quiet and cool; the ~12 × 12 cm plate fits inside a fermentation chamber.
